Japanesecar.org helps identify fraudulent companies ?

Export Certificate faked by Japanese exporters

The export Certificate is one of the key documents you should check for when you receive your documents from the exporter in Japan. It has been reported that some companies, in particular companies posing as Japanese but run by nationals such as Chinese, Russians, Bangaladeshis, Philipinos, and others from Russia and former republics of Russia are involved in this scam. They use chinese made softaware which prints the export certificate which resembles the original certificate issued by the Ministry of Land and infrastructure of Japan. This is a criminal offence. You can report this and you should as the supplier could provide you an inferior car but made to look good with low mileage and other technical specification. If you find yourself a victim of that offense, or if you suspect that, you could inform the authorities. Check the back of the certificate for contact details and report it. If you are not sure of how to do it, contact us and we will help you.

Can Tradecarview handle the PAYTRADE payments now?

The past one month alone, there were many customers complaining through this bog site about not receiving their cars from the companies they placed the order. The excuse was earthquake? When you look at the companies advertised through Tradecarview, you can see that many of them are just groups of people just forming a company. Many of these companies employ foreign nationals who speak the different languages. When the quake happened, many of these foreign nationals returned to their homes. So what happens to the companies and their customers? Very simple.

You cannot contact the company with whom you were dealing with. When you complain to Tradecarview, they give you the same excuse that they are trying to solve the problem. But time passes by and nothing ever happens.

What should the customer do to avoid falling into this trap? First of all, you must understand that it is very easy for people to advertise on Tradecarview. There is no way to check whether the company is genuine or not. Sometimes, the people registered on the Tradecarview do it from their own home or garages. Registration of companies is done by fax most of the time.

After that, it is a very easy procedure to upload the photos on the website. Half of the photos on the site, if you check carefully, are not genuine and a few companies have the same photo.

Genuine companies do not need to register with other websites. They always reach the customer directly. Usually they contact the customers on the telephone and they have their own website. This is very expensive. But this is the most trusted way to do this business. The customers should realize that Tradecarview is an Internet business. You are not talking to the supplier directly but you are on the virtual world! So internet business has it’s own risks.

So think carefully before you start to deal with this kind of internet websites.

Good luck with your business!

PS. Please be aware that some companies are exporting cars that were affected by the tsunami.

Tradecarview scamming again

I am getting numerous messages from customers, particularly from Africa. Many of them say how companies of Tradecarview have cheated them. These customers are sometimes one time buyers who send all their hard-earned money to get a car from Japan. No doubt that Japan has the best Used cars in the world. And Japanese authorities controlling the used car market know that these customers are very important for them. But there is a middleman here who is working against both parties. That is Tradecarview. Now almost everyone understands the modus operandi of Tradecarview. They collect a bunch of people, get them to operate through their website and extort the poor buyers money.

If you check carefully the members on the Tradecarview site, you can see clearly that the reputed companies are not registered with them. You may see that it is a few companies that are registered and they have registered on various bogus sites also. Do you want to see an example? Just check this site.

http://www.globalcarsnetwork.com/help/blacklist.aspx

This seems to be one way Tradecarview misleads the buyers. If you check this website carefully, you will understand that this is exactly like the Tradecarview site. They have copied even the text word to word. The funny part is that there is a sentence that says that Tradecarview says that the Tanzanian embassy wants you to deal with the companies listed on the Black list. Goodness, how bad can the English be? Can you rely on them? They do it specially I think. This way they can escape when some legal matter arises, saying we do not understand English.

Buyers just be aware. Just find out from others how many of the buyers have been defrauded through the Tradecarview site. Please take note that these are people who are ruining the reputation of good Japanese businesses. Genuine Japanese companies do not use a third party website to do business.

Beware and be cautious when dealing with online businesses such as this.

Japan government will take action

Tradecarview is doing a propaganda by telling the customers that they should not deal directly with the Exporters or Dealers. Tradecarview is only a small company that has an on-line business. If you call their office, there is no responsible person who can even answer the calls by the customers.

In 2009, East African buyers were defrauded through the companies which were displayed on Tradecarview. Upto now, Tradecarview did nothing about it.

In 2010, they are asking the Buyers to deal with them directly. Why? Who are they? Can they guarantee that the companies registered with them are genuine? In one glance, you can say that there are companies advertised on Tradecarview site who are well-known for cheating.

Buyers have to pay attention and be a little smart. For example, if you check some companies on Tradecarview, they have 2000 to 4000 stocks. Do you think it is possible?

Tradecarview is telling the buyers not to buy directly from their own member dealers?

Huh? What is Tradecarview? If you read the information about them on their own Homepage, they say they are a PLATFORM between the Buyers and sellers. But when you read inside, they say, do not pay the money to the dealer directly, communicate only through the Tradecarview site, dealers are strangers(?), and many many funny things.

What is Tradecarview? Any person with a common sense can understand that this could be the worst scam artists? Buyers have to be very careful about the usage now. It seems like an open trap to me. Sellers, I am not sure why you are still having the name of your company under this Tradecarview. They are calling you strangers and they are saying that you cheat. They even ask the potential buyer not to communicate with you directly. Just a little bit more for the Government of Japan to look into these fraudulent businesses.

Buyers beware. If you still want to check the identity of the Tradecarview, try phoning them. It will be the same voice, usually a woman’s who will answer your call. In other cases, they will pretend that they do not understand what you are saying etc. It is a small bunch of people who are involved in this business.

Check this link out for details:

http://www.tradecarview.com/help/fraud/

They are advertising the dealers and they are saying how people cheat? Very funny I think.

The Dealers in Japan know each other very well and network with each other. When they look at the Dealers listed here, it is very easy to say who sends the wrong vehicle and who changes odometers. I myself can identify such companies from this list on Tradecarview. So why is Tradecarview doing a daylight robbery here?

Buyers, it is a very serious issue now.

Buyers need only the exporters, no matter what!

I am sure everybody is very busy these days. Finally, all that dilemma caused by Car portals is just fading away and business is getting back on track. Even though Tradecarview was doing all sorts of tricks to take away the Buyers from the Exporters, it did not work. Buyers, and even those that Tradecarview  specifically targetted are observed to reach back to their known exporters.

A very good lesson indeed. In fact, two of the leading exporters told me about this. Once a buyer knows how you work, and they have got your good service, there is no one and nothing that will stop them from coming back to you. This is so true indeed.

This can serve as a good lesson to the Car Portal businesses who are trying to make ‘Easy Money”.

And to wrap up my post today, I have another good news: There is another useful resource a thoughtful exporter has deviced. Please check this:

http://carworld.jp/

The owner of this site is another leading exporter. When I asked him why he wantd to make this offer to other exporters, he said that he wanted to share his success with the other exporters. And even if one of them could benefit from it, he considers as a service he has done!

I appreciate his great attitude.

Tradecarview offering a free car?

It looks like the Paytrade has been a failure. How much can you cheat the African buyers? Why do they want to pay extra money to a 3rd party to the contract? You mean to say that the East African buyers don’t know who is who?

Tradecarview in a bid to save face I think is offering FREE CARS!! I just want to roll and laugh out loud. Now wait a minute. From where are they getting these cars? On the Home page, they advertise “we act as the platform for the buyers and sellers”. So from where does this story of the Free Car come in?

Oh please. Start doing your business seriously. We exporters are quite happy and rather releived that we dont have someone sneaking on our customers. Business as usual for some of us.♦ ♦ ♦.♦ ♦ ♦.♦ ♦ ♦
